
We carry a variety of books on tea and
tea drinking, Buddhism, Asian philosophy and history, yoga,
meditation, and ethnic children’s stories and folk tales,
We also carry some travel literature, works by women writers
and books on social and political engagement.
- Our books are, to an extent, centered in tea-drinking
cultures and in ideas originating there.

some interesting cookbooks
- We have a large selection of Buddhist texts, commentaries
and guides to practice-including works by Thich Nhat Hanh,
the Dalai Lama, Robert Thurman, Cheri Huber and Pema Chodron.
- We have philosophical and historical contexts that define
India and China, including the Upanishads, the Mahabharata
as well as aspects of contemporary Asian history
- We have many texts on Yoga and Meditation-including the
Iyengar and Kripalu methods, yoga for children and yoga
cookbooks, and books on guided and walking meditation. We
also stock books on mindfulness and positive thinking
- We have Children's Stories and folk tales from many parts
of the world, and of course from China, Japan and India.
We also have books related to children's activities and
learning about Arts and science
- We also have a variety of books and material that help
adults release their creative spirit-such as Mandalas and
other designs for coloring, and different works on creativity
- We have some Travel Literature pertaining to South, South-East
and East Asia and the historical contexts for such travel.
Some are uplifting narratives from sensitive travelers

- We are also interested in the intersection between science,
spirit and everyday living. We carry texts like "What
